ABOUT EXPERIENTIAL EXPERIENCE RESPITE CARE
We provide a short intermission between family members and neurodivergent learners. Our goal is to provide a healthy breathing space, but also create an environment specifically tailored to the needs of our clients in order to live as independently as possible.

E.E.R.C.’s program strategies are based on the four pillars of learning: Reflective Observation (Watching), Concrete Understanding (Feeling), Abstract Approach (Thinking) and Active Training (Doing). These pillars are an integral part when it comes to our client's ability to assimilate in their environment by allowing them to unify their prior knowledge with new life skills that will help promote their independence.
Through the "four pillars" learning strategies, as well as having a collaborative approach with parents/guardians, we will be able to create unique learning environment(s) that will foster independence, encourage confidence, as well as showcase their individuality in a way that will be sustainable in their day to day activities.
